Spring Arts Night
Please join us at Francis Wyman School for our Music and Arts Night on May 6!
Student artwork from grades 1 - 5 will be on display in the hallways. Grade 4 band and chorus will perform at 6pm and Grade 5 band and Pirate Show performance will be at 7pm. Both shows are in the FW auditorium.
Here are a couple of "sneak peek" photos...A great big "Thank-you" to our PTO which continues to generously support all of our educational goals here at Francis Wyman. The teachers are grateful for the recent Apple Itunes cards that allow them to add educational apps on their IPads which help support and enhance daily instruction. In addition, students are very appreciative of the variety of new playground equipment that has been added to their recess time with plenty of new equipment to go around for everyone!! Look for the notices regarding BOOK BINGO coming up May 11 for grades K-2 and May 18 for grades 3-5. Thanks again for all you do to support our school!
PLEASE HELP CONTINUE THE TRADITION:
Will you be a chaperone at the BHS Post Graduation (all-night) Party? Its tradition for the parents of underclassmen to chaperone the party for our graduating seniors. This year the party is going to be held at Kings in Burlington. We need volunteers for shift 2 (midnight to 3am on Mon June 9), shift 3 (3am - 5am on Mon June 9). You don't need to have a child in the high school, any adult that does not have a senior at the party is welcome. This is a great way to "pay it forward." Help us this year and when your child graduates, the parents of underclassmen will be there for you! To volunteer, or if you have any questions, please contact Tina Pesiridis at 617-605-4496 ortpesiridis@rcn.com.
