Weekly Bulletin

School News:

Congratulations to Mrs. Gendron and the 4th and 5th grade band for a wonderful All-Town Band Concert Thursday night.  It was a wonderful collaboration of elementary bands and fun to see the Middle School and High School students perform!  Great job!!

Burlington Public Schools is introducing a Cooperative Games Group. Specialists will lead a group that will meet once a week for 60 minutes after school for students in grades K-5 to enhance social skill development.  Teachers/specialists will provide instruction and training to students in the areas of social development through games and activities.  Teachers will provide student support in developing peer relationships, building conversation skills, collaborating, and developing problem solving skills through cooperative interactions. Availability will be on a first come, first serve basis. Look for a permission slip to come home with your student in the near future if you are interested.

We are fortunate to be the recipients of some beautiful Alphabet Art, which was delicately hung on a hall wall during February break by Ms. Christina Chang and her volunteers, Sheila Joyce, Deborah Chang, and Jansen Chang.  Ms. Chang is an art teacher at BHS and volunteered her time for this project.  Please check out her blog...
